What are the show dates?

The dates for the 2013 show are Wednesday 8th – Sunday 12th May 2013

What time do the gates open?

Gates will open at approximately 7.00am

What are the displays this year?

Some displays are yet to be confirmed, however you can expect to see The DAKS Pony Club Mounted Games, The Skill at Arms Competition, The Best Turned out Trooper and The Kings Troop Royal Horse Artillery. 

How do I buy tickets?

Tickets for 2013 will be on sale later this year

All residents of The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead with Advantage Cards receive a discount for the Horse Show and can be booked through the Windsor Information Centre

Is there anywhere to eat?

Yes there are plenty of places to eat from a variety of food outlets in the food court areas to, a public restaurant selling hot and cold buffets, salad and sandwiches and the Members Restaurant (available to Members Badge Holders only). You may also bring a picnic into the showground if you wish

Is there disabled access?

Yes there are viewing platforms on the sides of the main arena for those visitors using wheelchairs. There are also easily accessible seats for the walking disabled.
There is a disabled car parking for Blue Badge holders but please note this still involves a 5 minute walk to the show ground sometimes on uneven ground and grass areas. From the main entrance there is a buggy service to the showground itself.

There are also scooters and wheelchairs available to hire from People to Places located at the main public entrance. These should be booked in advance through the local council on the following number 01628 587920.  Please note they are not yet taking bookings


Do I need to book a ticket for my toddler/baby?

Children aged 0 – 5 years are free

Can I take my pushchair in to the grandstands?

No pushchair are allowed in the grandstands due to health and safety reasons.  You are able to leave your pushchair outside the entrances to the blocks in the grandstand.  Please note the pushchair remains your responsibility

I have not received an email confirming my booking of tickets

This can be for a number of reasons and you are advised to contact the ticket office

My ticket has not arrived. What should I do?

Tickets will be dispatched from early March and should arrive within 7 – 10 working days of dispatch. Members badges will be sent two weeks before the show.

Is there a booking fee?

Yes there is a booking fee per transaction of £1.50 per order

Can I book for a group online?

Group bookings should be made by telephone

No dogs permitted on the showground.
