Becoming a member of Royal Windsor Horse
Show gives you certain privileges, particularly access to the
Members' Enclosure. This allows you
to view the main competition ring for the Show, The Castle
Arena, in comfort and luxury. The Members' Enclosure has access
to the Members' Bar and Restaurant, the Members’ Lawn
and the Members’ Viewing
Stand.
Full Membership of the Show includes the following privileges:
- Invitation
to the Members' Reception, usually held
in Windsor Castle each year.
- Offers for reciprocal events including
Newbury Racecourse, The Royal County of Berkshire Show; Olympia,
The London International Horse Show; Royal Windsor Cup at Guards
Polo
Full Membership offers access
to the Members' Enclosure for each of the four days of the
Show, a guest badge for each day of the Show and a car parking
pass for each day of the Show. Full Membership allows you to
take advantage of all Membership Privileges.
Full Membership
offers single access to the Members' Enclosure for each day
of the Show and a car parking pass for each day of the Show if
required. Full Membership allows you to take advantage of all
Members’ Privileges, depending on age.
Weekend Membership offers access
to the Members' Enclosure, a guest badge and a car parking
pass for Saturday and Sunday.
Day Membership offers single access to the Members' Enclosure.
Day Membership offers single access to the Members' Enclosure.
Family membership offers single access to the Members' Enclosure
for two adults and two under 25’s for one day.

In the Members' Enclosure patrons
are encouraged to be smartly dressed at all times.
Gentlemen are requested to wear a jacket
and tie. Jeans,
denim, trainers and sports attire will not be permitted. Children
should also dress smartly, however children under 12 will be
permitted to wear trainers should they wish to do so.
Please note that jeans, denim, shorts, t-shirts
and sports attire are not permitted.

As full Royal Windsor Horse Show Members,
you will be given privileged access to the Tattoo. Your
Members badges will allow you entry to the Members'
Enclosure during the first night of the Tattoo (Thursday 8th
May) where ample seating will be provided on the lawn area. In
addition, should you wish to access the tiered seating in the
Members'
Enclosure-it is an all ticketed event in the evening - you
will be offered a 30% discount off the normal ticket price
(this is set to be in the region of £45) on any evening
- seats for this offer will be limited.

The Members' Bar has seating inside
and out. The exclusive members’ Restaurant offers lunch
and dinner with a 3 or 4 course meal and superb waitress service.
The Home Park Pavilion Restaurant offers luxury dining for
both lunch and dinner. The restaurant is tiered, giving impressive
views of the Castle Arena. Aperitifs and coffee may be enjoyed
on the Home Park Pavilion lawn.
The viewing stand is located next to The Royal Box Seating Area
and provides excellent views of the action in comfortable surroundings.
Seats do not need to be pre-booked, but are accessible to all
of those in the Members' Enclosure.
A more relaxed area within the Members' Enclosure which offers
outdoor seating and access to the Garden Bar serving a full
range of drinks and snacks.
