The show takes place in the private grounds of Windsor Castle, there are four different arenas at Royal Windsor and visitors should expect to walk some distances during their visit.
Castle Arena (main arena) grandstand seating is generally accessed by stairs although there is some disabled seating which is accessed via a ramp and a few steps – this is on a first come, first served basis.
There is a wheelchair viewing platform for the main arena for those using wheelchairs and shop mobility scooters – this is on a first come, first served basis and must not be used for pushchairs or buggies. The other arenas do not have seating around them and wheelchair users should have easy viewing opportunities.
Disabled parking is available for Blue Badge holders within Home Park Public. Please note this is at least a 5 minute walk to the showground entrance where shuttle buggies will be available to take you to the showground.
All parking should be booked in advance through the box office and prices are as per the above.
There are also scooters and wheelchairs available to hire from People to Places located at the main public entrance. These should be booked in advance through the local council.
Disabled toilets are situated around the showground.
