The Pageant – Visitor Information
The information below is for The Pageant 2019 and is subject to change for The Pageant 2020.
The Pageant takes place from c. 8.45pm to c.10.15pm.
All Pageant ticket holders can access Royal Windsor Horse Show from 3pm onwards; the Horse Show timetable can be found here.
Evening parking costs £8 in advance and £10 on the evening. Parking is limited so we strongly advise booking in advance. This can be done when booking your tickets online or over the phone. Evening parking is valid from 3pm.
Concession Ticket Rates
A concession rate is available for children, under 16, senior citizens and groups of 10+.
The Pageant welcomes disabled visitors and we make every effort to accommodate their needs. However, the Show takes place in the private grounds of Windsor Castle, which is a greenfield site, so please be aware that some surfaces are uneven.
Tickets: Wheelchair and accessible seating is available for both General Seating and The Windsor Enclosure. A free carer ticket is included with each disabled ticket.
Parking: Disabled parking is available in the King Edward VII Car Park. This is available to Blue Badge holders only and must be booked in advance through the box office. If the disabled car park is full then there is further parking over the road and we will endeavour to park you as far forward as possible. Disabled parking costs £5.
Scooters and Wheelchairs: There are scooters and wheelchairs available to hire from People to Places. Their base is in the King Edward VII car park, close to the Show entrance. These can be booked in advance by calling 01753 622330 or emailing email@example.com.
Facilities: There are disabled toilets in the Showground and Windsor Enclosure.
Babes in Arms
Babes in arms do not need a ticket to attend The Pageant, if they are happy to sit on a lap throughout the performance.
However, The Pageant is an evening Show and includes loud noises so we do not recommend it for very young children.
How to Get Here
